With over 25 years of experience in architecture, Don Ruthroff's expertise extends from production residential communities in the U.S. and China, to neighborhood convenience centers in Pleasanton, California. As a principal and leader of the firm's neighborhood residential sector, Don's strengths in design, site planning, entitlement services, project management and development of junior staff, is integral to the ingenuity of design solutions that give clients a competitive edge in their respective markets.

Don has worked in densities ranging up to 40 dwelling units per acre, primarily across the western United States. He works with a mix of public and private homebuilder clients, as well as landowners and developers, providing each with targeted design solutions that bring unique character to their projects. With training in both structural engineering and architecture, Don's work benefits from his well-rounded breadth of expertise.
