Based on a traditional Tuscan architecture theme, the community center is a village comprised of six buildings. the village features several towers, stucco finishes, wood shutters, exposed rafter tails and a mission style roof. Amenities include a fitness center, multipurpose events room, library, administration offices, pool and pool facilities. The advantages of an excellent climate have also inspired the integration of loggias and courtyards that create a series of outdoor rooms with an outdoor bbq and fireplace.
